Distraction Kit

I would like to show compassion towards individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal or self-harming thoughts. This Distraction Kit is designed to be a box that contains distractions and coping mechanisms; a solace for those struggling with their dark and intrusive thoughts.

- Positive affirmation scratch cards
- Prompted anti journal
